Perishable Goods
Coquito is a perishable, refrigerated product. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of beverage products once delivered.
Damaged or Spoiled Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or warm to the touch, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back.
Merchandise
Unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Gift boxes and custom-labeled wedding favors are final sale.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
