Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Charges appear as COQUITO RESERVA. In this demo environment, all payments are simulated and no real charge occurs.
Subscriptions
Reserva Society™ memberships bill monthly on your join date. You can change tiers or cancel anytime from your account; changes take effect on the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.
Gift Cards & Rewards
Gift cards never expire. Reserva Rewards™ points have no cash value and expire after 24 months of account inactivity.
Disputes
Billing questions? Email hola@coquitoreserva.com before disputing a charge — we resolve most issues within one business day.
