Where AI Appears
The Reserva Concierge chat assistant and the Flavor Finder quiz are deterministic rules engines built from our own product knowledge base. They do not send your messages to third-party AI providers and do not train on your data.
What They Can Do
Answer questions about flavors, shipping, shelf life, wholesale and membership; recommend flavors from your stated preferences. They cannot place orders, issue refunds or access your account.
Human Escalation
Anything the assistant can't answer routes to hola@coquitoreserva.com, where a human responds within one business day.
